May 19

Received a report of harassment in the 2900 block of Iowa.

Received a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1500 block of Evelyn

Received a report of harassment in the 1300 block of 1st Ave. Suspect located and advised of consequences if actions continue.

Received a report of criminal mischief in 2000 block of 1st Ave. Suspect had driven on wet concrete. Under investigation.

Received a theft report from the 800 block of 4th St. Fishing gear taken. Estimated loss $150

May 21

Accident: Vehicle one was northbound in the 1100 block of 1st Ave. when an unknown vehicle made a U-turn in front of her forcing her to stop. Vehicle two was also northbound and struck vehicle one in the rear bumper. Total estimated damages $400. No citations issued.

May 22

Arrest: A 21 year old male Jefferson resident was taken into custody on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear, original charge driving while revoked.

May 24

Accident: Vehicle one was traveling southbound on 8th St. Vehicle two was traveling westbound on Iowa St. Both vehicles reached the intersection of 8th and Iowa and driver two failed to obey the stop sign striking vehicle one. Driver one was cited for no driver’s license. Driver two was cited for no insurance, accident-related, and failure to obey stop sigh. Total estimated damages $3,000.

Arrest: A 29 year old male Perry resident was charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd Offense.

May 26

Received report of harassment in the 1300 Block of 1st Ave.

Accident: Vehicle one backed into Vehicle two in the post office parking lot. Total estimated damage $500.

Receive a report of harassment. Incident did not take place in town, advised to call local law enforcement.

Received a report of criminal mischief. Advised someone knocked over some fence posts.

Received a report of harassment. Both parties advised to leave each other alone.

Received a report of a domestic in the 2200 block of Otley. Officers responded. Case under investigation.

Received a report of an assault in the 2800 block of 1st Ave. Case under investigation.

May 27

Arrest: A 28 year old male Perry resident was arrested on a Guthrie Co. warrant for failure to appear and a probation violation.

Arrest: A 16 year old male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with attempted burglary 3rd degree, criminal mischief, and possession of burglary tools.

May 28-29

Arrest: A 42 year old male Perry resident was arrested for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

Accident: Vehicle one was backing up in the parking lot of Medicap Pharmacy and did not see Vehicle two. Vehicle one struck vehicle two in the rear causing minor damage to both vehicles. No citations as accident was on private property.

May 30

Officers responded to 900 block of Willis Ave on a report of domestic.

Arrest: A 25 year old female Perry resident was taken into custody and charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of W 9th St. on a report of criminal mischief.

Received a report of an assault in the 2800 block of 1st Ave. Under investigation.

Received a report of a stolen bicycle in the 1200 block of 18th Street.
