“Patient Satisfaction scores are how we gauge the perceptions of patients and how they experienced their care at Dallas County Hospital,” stated Sally Swenson, Education and Service Excellence manager at Dallas County Hospital. “We are proud of our staff and their continued efforts to be sure our hospital is a place our patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. Patients that visit us, whether in the inpatient unit, surgery department or an education class, are all important to us and we strive to make their experience as amazing as possible.”
