The Perry Economic Development will welcome Lt. Gov. This newly constructed 30,000 sq. ft. building is located in the Perry Industrial Park, which has achieved the Certified Site designation.
Perry Economic Development worked directly with the State by utilizing state programs to help make this Certified Site a reality. We are honored to have these dignitaries join us at the event to share a few words about their involvement and the overall impact these industrial spaces will contribute to our state.
In addition, Linda Wunsch, Greater Dallas County Development Alliance Executive Director, other strategic partners and Perry city officials will address the group commenting on the building specifications, overall goals and impact the facility and the Perry Industrial Park has for the community.
The presentation start time has moved up to 10:15 a.m. to accommodate our speakers. Rain or shine, the event will be held inside the spec building and is open to the public.
