Sheriff’s Report

Sept. 25

Kyle Lee Waddell, 22, of 1406 Sandra Circle, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and pay child support as ordered.

Braylee Shae Braden, 22, of 1604 South 5th St., Oskaloosa, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft and violation of probation.

Jason Dwayne Kingery, 34, of 8602 Westown Pkwy., #101, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI and possession of a controlled substance.

Margaret Larkin of 32539 335th St., Waukee, reported that someone broke into her home and several items were missing.

Brandi Rae Belgarde, 33, of 602 S 8th St., Adel, was arrested at 190th and Homestead Drive for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and OWI.

Sept. 26

Alexis Calderon, 21, of 1012 Pattee St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of domestic assault.

Greenslades Towing at 27866 Fairgrounds Rd., Ade,l reported the theft of a vehicle from their property.

Casey Setsodi of 31869 Booneville Rd., Waukee, reported that someone had broken into his home and several items were missing.

Sean McAvoy of 36648 Deerfield Dr., Cumming reported fraud.

Sept.27

Cindy Brownsberger of Adel was traveling in the right hand Lane of Highway 6 eastbound when a semi in the left lane changed lanes and forced Brownsberger to swerve, slide on the gravel shoulder, enter the ditch and roll into a corn field. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $10,000.

Sept. 28

Fran and Craig Wierson of 32130 Ute Ave., Waukee, reported that their home had been broken into and several items were missing.

Brett LeMaster of Madrid was traveling at the intersection of Xavier and 210th Street when, nearing the side of the road and trying to turn left away from the ditch, instead entered the ditch, rolling over once and coming to rest in a creek bed. Lemaster was examined by EMS and refused transport. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $10,000.

Sept. 29

Michael Dorman of Harcourt was traveling west on Highway 141 when he fell asleep and struck a vehicle driven by Valerie Adkins of Bagley in the rear, spinning her vehicle and causing it to enter the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage to Dorman’s vehicle estimated at $500 and $5,000 to Adkins. Dorman was cited for failure to maintain control.
