A library employee reported two men in the entryway of the library when she arrived to work. The outside doors were locked. They would not leave. Officer reported subjects gone upon arrival.
A two-vehicle accident occurred in the 1300 block of 6th Street. Jeremey Crawford was backing out of the driveway and struck Jeff Bruce’s vehicle traveling north on 6th Street. Approximately $2,500 in damages.
Jan Pattee reported someone has been entering the apartment stairway and hallway at 1221 2nd St. and leaving cigarette butts and matches.
Elizabeth Kilts reported theft of a laptob, approximate value $411.
Officers responded to a complaint of people fighting in the lot next door at Bar-Jac Estates.
A two-vehicle accident was reported. Susan Andrews of Minburn was backing into a parking space when Winifred Rounds of Perry passed Andrews’ vehicle and hit it. Rounds was cited for failure to maintain control.
Casey’s East reported a gas drive-off in the amount of $10.
Erin Hankinson, 2902 Iowa St., reported medication missing from her residence. Advised pills went missing sometime between Wednesday and today. About 100 pills missing. Cannot remember anyone being in the residence during that time.
Rickie Tuhn, 52, was cited for not having a valid driver’s license.
Moises Rodriguez Jr., 62, 1423 7th St., Perry, was arrested on a Boone County warrant for domestic abuse assault.
Jacob Melvin Sincock, 36, 2918 Kading Dr., Perry, was arrested for OWI 1st offense.
Rebecca Nelson, 802 4th St., advised they just returned home and found the back door had been tampered with and their TV was missing. Case is under investigation.
Danielle Fessler, 26, 2209 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel Ramirez, 30, 2665 Summer Meadows Dr., Perry, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to affix drug tax stamp.
Stephanie Davis, 51, 2516 Perry Park, Apt. 101, Perry, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Randy Enriquez Perez, 22, of Perry, was arrested for OWI first offense.
Corey Ashurst, 24, 2320 Warford, Perry, was arrested for OWI first offense.
Sean Curtis Sinclair, 38, 802 4th St., was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for criminal mischief and also a warrant from Des Moines Police Department for domestic abuse assault.
Dariel Edgardo Reyes-Esquivel, 1524 Estella, Perry, was arrested for probation violation.

Caller advised their neighbor’s dog is running loose in the 1700 block of Iowa St. It is standing by their vehicle barking, and they cannot get out. Owner is Nathan Benedict. Spoke with girlfriend and advised of dog ordinance.
Welfare check requested on a dog at 412 Warford. Spoke with owner. Unfounded at this time.
