While the library building remains closed, Perry Public Library will go forward with Summer Library Programs for adults, teens and children of all ages.

The 2020 theme is Imagine Your Story, and the focus is on fantasy, fables, myths and all things imaginative! Due to COVID-19 pandemic social distancing guidelines, our programming will be predominantly of the virtual kind. We will have themed take-home activity/craft kits to pick up curbside (while supply lasts) for part of the programming, and/or you can read books to earn prizes and chances for grand prize drawings, all while safely at home. Patrons of all ages are also eligible to participate in the Summer Quest Game to earn a chance for an additional grand prize.

Registration begins June 1 online or by calling the library (515-465-3569), and programs run through July 23. To learn more about our free summer library programs, register, or participate in our online program offerings, visit our website (http://www.perry.lib.ia.us), and click on the summer library program link.
