The Perry Public Library building remains closed to the public for now, but we will begin taking back checked out items on Monday, June 1.

Patrons may return their items by placing them in our marked collection receptacles, stationed just outside the East door of the library, during our open hours (10-5 M-F, 10-2 Saturday). There will be one container for books and a separate container for the more fragile audiovisual materials (CDs, DVDs, & audiobooks). The Book and AV Drop Boxes will remain closed for now, and patrons with fragile or electronic items to bring back are asked to call the library to arrange a curbside return.

Patrons are reminded to practice social distancing when returning their items and not to enter the building. Items will be quarantined for a period of several days and cleaned with disinfectant before being re-shelved and made available to the public.

Curbside delivery service continues from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekdays, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Saturdays, at this time. For more information, please call the library: 515-465-3569.
