A statement from the Perry Police Department said the department received a report of a possible threat involving the Perry Middle School on Thursday evening, March 7.
The statement continued, saying that the officers investigated the report and found that it was a non-credible threat.
Thanks to the information relayed to the Perry Police Department from a concerned citizen, the department was able to successfully resolve initial concerns.
