Marc and Misty Ray, who are accused of first degree murder in the death of their 16-year-old, adopted daughter, Sabrina in May of 2017, pleaded not guilty to new charges in the case on May 15, online court documents show. The pair each entered a not guilty plea via a written arraignment.

The new charges, filed May 2 in the Dallas County Courthouse, include ongoing criminal conduct - unlawful activity, first degree theft and first degree fraudulent practice.

The Rays have been charged with child endangerment resulting in death, three counts neglect or abandonment of a dependent person, four counts of child endangerment resulting in serious injury, three counts of first degree kidnapping and first degree murder, in addition to the charges added on May 2.

Additionally, Marc was charged with one count of third degree sexual abuse.

The trial for Marc and Misty has been continued several times. As of now, a trial date has not yet been set.
