Hawks softball traveled to Earlham this week to take on the Tigers, but lost 10-0.


The two hits of the game on Woodward-Granger’s side came from Sophomore Katelyn Bandstra and eighth grader Emma Anderson. Another eighth grader, Chloe Houge got one walk during the game.


Freshman Elly Polich took the mound for this competition and pitched and ERA of 9.80. Polich also had two batters walk and ended the game with a total of seven earned runs.


The Hawks are now at a season record of 1-15 and will play their next game at home against Panorama. The game will be on Thursday and will begin at 7 p.m.
