It was a perfect end for a perfect season for PSST (Perry Summer Swim Team) who secured an undefeated season after beating up on the swim team from SAC-City, 398-202.

At the McCreary Center in Perry on Thursday, July 6 PSST combined for 15 first place team wins (8 girls - 7 boys) and another 35 individual top finishes (22-girls 13-boys). The PAWS (Perry Area Swim Team) recorded for first place wins for 20 team points.

Through the 78-event meet, PSST kept their opposition ashore with numerous back to back dominating performances from both the male and female squads.

PSST now has four days to prepare for the conference meet scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 15 in Sac City.

“At this meet each team is only allowed one swimmer/relay team per event,” Heather Karolus, PSST Board Secretary said.

The Conference roster has not been finalized, and it will be sent out as soon as it is ready, according to Karolus. In addition, she will send out another roster containing PSST swimmers who have qualified for team and conference awards.
