Several callers reported hearing the sound of gunshots or fireworks in the area of 4th and North Streets. Officer stood by for approximately 35 minutes and did not hear anything further.
Caller advised of a badger around his residence the past couple of weeks. Officer confirmed it was a badger and a trap was set.
Casey’s East reported a gas drive-off in the amount of $13.24.
Caller reported two dogs fighting in the 1000 block of Park Street and two girls were trying to get them apart. Not sure if girls were injured. Officers responded and contacted parents.
Ramon Hernandez of 1411 6th St. reported someone entered his garage and took four rims valued at approximately $300.
Caller advised her vehicle had been hit while parked at 1507 Estella St. and the vehicle took off after the accident. Vehicle was later located at 1540 Estella St.
Nicole Myers reported a digital camera and purse stolen from her vehicle. No forced entry.
Caller advised her grandson brought a kitten home from school today. Officer transported kitten to the pound.
Ramon Hernandez of 1411 6th St. reported his garage was broken into again and car speakers were stolen, valued at $300.
Caller reported three boys throwing rocks at her residence. Officer responded and located boys.
An accident occurred at 10th Street and Willis Avenue. A car driven by Dolores Cornejo-Vasquez of Perry was turning onto 10th Street and a car driven by Anthony Merrill of Highland Park, Ill., rear-ended her. Cornejo-Vasquez was cited for no driver’s license.
Benjamin Campfield of 1214 ½ Willis Ave., #5, reported someone had broken into his apartment and stole a PS3, TV and a few other items.
Fernando Lopez, 518 5th St., advised he just arrived home and someone had broken in the back door of his residence. The case is under investigation.
Casey’s West reported a gas drive-off in the amount of $25.
Caller advised of a stray Husky in the 1800 block of Estella Street. The dog was transported to the pound.
Lisa Roush of 1624 3rd St. reported her son’s bike was stolen from their yard.
Caller advised while driving past the elementary school a boy was lying in the street. Officer located the boy and spoke with him about his behavior.
Caller reported a suspicious person walking in the 1900 block of Lucinda Street. Extra patrol will be done in that area.
Rosa Sarceno of 710 18th St., # 1, Perry, was cited for second offense loud music.
Tim Hall was cited for first offense dog at large.
Ronald Sexton of 2024 W 2nd St. was cited for first offense dog at large.
Ntaconayigize Seraphina of 2801 1st Ave., Lot 60, was issued first offense warning for loud music.
Chalynn Dawson, 23, of 1608 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested for simple assault.
Hector Cardona, 19, of 311 7th St., Perry, was arrested for phone harassment.
Jason Kalus Beyer, 40, of 102 Oak Blvd Apt. 203, Huxley, was arrested for driving while suspended.
Alexis Calderon, 21 of 1012 Pattee St., Perry, was arrested for driving under revocation.
David Eric Olesen, 43, of 305 10th St., Perry, was arrested on outstanding Carroll County warrant for one count of possession of controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sean Curtis Sinclair, 37, of 506 3rd St., Perry, was arrested on a Perry warrant for 2nd degree criminal mischief.
Raul Alejandro Segovia, 25, of 1909 1st Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended.
Catalina Ortega-Ortiz, 31, of 2801 1st Ave., Lot 80, Perry, was arrested for no driver’s license, no insurance and interference with official acts.
Jesse Bryan Estrada, 14, of 2120 2nd St., Perry, was arrested for simple assault.
Ian Scott Stucker, 14, of 1720 W 5th St., Perry, was arrested for simple assault.
Anthony Robert Booth, 22, of 2005 W 4th St., Perry, was arrested for driving under suspension (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
