Tomorrow marks the 37th annual Bike Ride to Rippey (BRR),
The Perry Lions Club will host breakfast from 7 a.m. in the Spring Valley Ballroom of the Hotel Pattee.
BRR pre-registration starts at 7:30 a.m. in the pre-function area of the Hotel Pattee.
Same-day registration and merchandise sales begin at 8 a.m. and will take place in the hotel’s Canesto Room, next to the pre-function area.
The ride starts at 10 a.m. with a cannon blast on the corner of 2nd Street and Willis Avenue.
Riders will find a hot chocolate warming station along the trail between Perry and Rippey, and in Rippey there will be a beer tent next to the Rippey Fire Station hosted by the Rippey Volunteer Fire Department.
The Rippey Methodist Church youth group will be selling jumbo baked potatoes, and the Lions Club will offer hot roast beef sundaes. Chili will also be on sale.
Riders are asked to begin their return trip between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Perry’s bars and the Hotel Pattee will host live music at the end of the ride, and various drink specials will be available.
The Cultural District area around the Crooked Rail, Kickstand and Otley Cat will be barricaded off for the safety of riders and citizens.
