PERRY - Perry Economic Development, Inc. is pleased to announce the nearing completion of the new 30,000-square-foot speculative industrial warehouse located in the Perry Industrial Park. Perry Economic Development, Inc. began construction on this new spec building in April 2018 and the anticipated completion date is late summer of 2018. At current state, the spec building is the only new construction, Certified Site facility available in the state of Iowa but has not yet been committed to any organization for occupancy.

Located off Highway 141 at the eastern edge of Perry, The Perry Industrial Park is comprised of 151 acres. The park is a short 25-minute drive from Interstate 35 and Interstate 80 and only 40 minutes from downtown Des Moines. Neighboring tenants include Percival Scientific, ITC Midwest and Hy-Line International.

On Friday, June 15, the Perry Economic Development, Inc. Board invited neighboring tenants and partners to a private unveiling of this new project.

“We are excited about the opportunity to continue growth in our Perry Industrial Park and we strongly believe that now is the time to bring this space to the market and deliver a needed product,” said Deb Lucht, Perry Economic Development, Inc. Board President. “Our team and partners have worked hard to create an open shell space with all necessary utility connections ready for any business or industry to customize the interior to meet their needs.”
