Who Pays?

We all pay the tax when we buy a taxable item within the city limits of Perry or purchase a taxable item that is delivered or mailed to our address within city limits. This includes tourists, visitors, and those who spend money in Perry. This group provides a substantial amount of the revenue under this tax.

This Tax enables the city to stabilize our Debt Service Levy.
