An employee at Pizza Hut, 2812 Willis Avenue reported harassment by phone. Advised that a customer, who had a no contact order against him, called and was made that he got the wrong order. The caller advised that the customer stated that Pizza Hut was going to burn to the ground.
Megan Janae Tingwald, 1708 Otley Avenue, Perry, was arrested in the 1700 block of Otley Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also charged on a Perry Police warrant for intimidation.
Chad Duane Palmer, of 1012 335th Street, Woodward, was arrested at Third and Otley on a Guthrie County warrant for failure to appear, original charges of third and fourth degree burglary.

Avery Jamal Allen, of 823 Williams Street, Perry, was arrested in the 1300 block of First Street and charged with domestic abuse simple assault and public intoxication, first offense.
Heather Dawn James, of Perry reported breaking and entering in the 800 block of Eighth Street. Advised that someone had broken into her garage and a ladder was place in an area that would have granted access to the interior attic area of the garage.
The Perry Police Department responded to a report of credit card fraud in the 2800 block of First Street.
Kevin Kyle Kestel, of 1723 Sixth Street, Perry, was arrested in the 2800 block of Willis Avenue and charged with second offense OWI and driving while suspended.

Daniel Robert Davis, of 282 305th Street, Perry, was arrested in the 1300 block of First Street and charged with domestic abuse simple assault.
Barbara Levelle Laws, of Perry, reported credit card fraud in the 1800 block of Lucinda Street.

Matthew James Kilts, of 2014 Warford Street, Perry, was arrested in the 2100 block of Warford on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation, original charge of criminal mischief. He was also charged by the Perry Police Department with carrying weapons.
Steven Samuel Paul Schleicher, of 1402 Willis Avenue, No. 2, Perry, was arrested at First Street and Highway 141 and charged with OWI, second offense.
Melissa Marie Kroupa, of 2200 Sycamore Street, Granger, was arrested by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office in Perry on a Perry Police Department warrant for fourth degree theft.

A caller advised of two horses running loose on Highway 141 near the Bouton turn-off.
Corinne Michelle Hastings, of Perry, employee at the Hotel Pattee, reported destruction of property in the 1100 block of Second Street. Advised that a customer wanted to talk with an officer regarding her tires being slashed overnight. All four tires were deflated and puncture marks were found.
Sherry Rinner, of Perry, reported destruction of property in the 1900 block of West Fourth Street. Advised that all four tires had been slashed.
Andrew Bernard Meinke, of Des Moines, advised that Bernard Roy Williams, of Perry, had driven into a beam they were transporting at the Police Department construction site. Damage reported at approximately $2,000 and no injuries were reported.
Diante Watson, of 1107 Rittenhouse Street, Des Moines, was arrested in the 900 block of Willis Avenue on a Pottawattamie County warrant for violation of no contact order.
