Bruce Allen Duff, of Perry, reported a hit-and-run accident at Highway 141 and First Street. Advised that a vehicle had hit him and had driven away.

Liberty Bree Willett of Perry reported breaking and entering in the 1400 block of Third Street. Advised that their garage was broken into and items and money had been stolen from two vehicles.
Super 8 Motel reported a chicken has been seen in the parking lot for the past three days. Officer Deaton patrolled the area but was unable to locate the chicken.
Catherine May Kurtinitis, of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 1900 block of Warford Street. Advised that she believes that someone had broken into her garage through the window over the weekend. A $300 piggy bank was missing, and possibly some blank checks.
Richard Wilfredo Orellana, of Perry, reported credit card fraud. Advised he has nine unauthorized purchases on his debit card.

Richard Wilfredo Orellana, of 2109 Warford, Perry was arrested in the 1300 block of Willis Avenue and charged with violation of no contact order.
Sheri Lynn Peterson, of Perry, reported shoplifting in the 700 block of First Street. Advised that a theft had occurred at Dollar General and that they had video footage. Suspect left in a white sedan.

Nicole Kay Palmer of 300 Second Street, Jamaica, was arrested at West Third and Paul Streets, Perry on a Des Moines Police Department warrant for possession of meth.
Nicole Kay Palmer of 300 Second Street, Jamaica, was arrested at West Third and Paul Streets, Perry and charged with possession of meth and possession of marijuana.
Chad Palmer turned himself into the Perry Police Department and was charged with driving while revoked, driving while suspended and interference with official acts.
Scott David Pierce, of Waukee, reported breaking and entering in the 1900 block of Warford Street in Perry. Advised items were missing from his garage and it was determined by the police that someone had broken into the garage and had stolen numerous items overnight.
Tod Lynn Rickels, of Perry, reported the theft of a vehicle in the 300 block of Warford Street. The vehicle was recovered by Perry Police on P58, just south of the first curve on the west side of the road in a field entrance.
Alice Mary Miskimins, of Perry, reported internet fraud in the 900 block of Otley. Advised that her business computer was hacked after an individual called her, claiming to be from Microsoft, and hijacked her machine. Advised that money was taken from her business account.
Aaron David Mallicoat, of 1904 Fourth Street, Perry, was arrested in the 2100 block of First Avenue on a Dallas County warrant for FTA contempt violation of no contact order.

Charles Jacobsen of 46 310th Street was arrested at the Crooked Rail, 1010 Second Street, and charged with providing alcohol to a minor.
Bryce Parnell of 1306 11th Street was arrested at the Crooked Rail, 1010 Second Street, and charged with minor in possession of alcohol.
Angela Kristine Moreland, of Perry, reported shoplifting in the 1300 block of First Street. Advised that someone had stolen a candy bar from Casey’s.
Peggy Coleman, of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 1500 block of Willis Avenue. Reported that a group riding bikes saw flashlights in a friend’s garage and encountered someone breaking into the garage.
Diane Elaine Miner, of Perry, reported false pretenses/swindle in the 1700 block of Warford Street in Perry. Advised that she received a call from a male saying he had her daughter captured, and had a girl screaming, and requested money. She advised that she does not have a daughter.
