The Perry Police Department responded to a report of harassment by phone or email in the 1800 block of Fifth Street.


Travis Ray Mull, of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 1600 block of Seventh Street. Advised someone had kicked his garage in, but does not believe anything was missing.


The Perry Police Department responded to a report of harassment in the 600 block of Warford.

Kurt William Whiton, of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 2600 block of Summer Meadows Drive. Advised that someone went through his garage and some items were missing.


September 2, 2017


Santos Estuardo Rivera Corvera, of 1717 Third Street, Perry, was arrested in the 2700 block of Highway 141 and charged with OWI first offense.


Connie Rose Stalzer, of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 800 block of Second Street. Advised that a lock on the office door had been cut.


Brandon Lee Ferguson reported a stolen bike in the 1200 block of 18th Street. Advised it was a blue Schwinn.


August 31, 2017


David Claude Gliem, of Grand Junction, reported destruction of property at Dewey and Vine. Advised that someone had written the word “Nova” in black permanent marker on the door, the building and generator sides of the wastewater shed beside the elementary school. The writing began approximately a week earlier and has slowly increased.


Alan Randolph Heywood, of 2305 First Street, Perry was arrested on a Perry Police warrant for fifth degree theft. He was served with the warrant at the Dallas County Jail.


August 30, 2017


Pamela Murphy, of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 800 block of 18th Street. Advised that the insert to put coins into had been taken from a coin-operated washing machine.


Aaron David Mallicoat, of 190 Fourth Street, Perry, was arrested in the 1300 block of First Avenue on a Dallas County Warrant for failure to appear, original charges of first degree harassment, possession of marijuana and contempt of court for violation of a no-contact order.


August 29, 2017


Matthew Bryant Karl, of Perry reported destruction of property in the 500 block of Willis Avenue. Advised that his windows were broken out of his garage. Approximately $200 in damage was reported.


August 28, 2017


Darlene Opal Coleman, of Perry, reported that a vehicle had just driven into her yard in the 15507 block of J Avenue.


Robert Keith Tolle, of Perry, reported that somone had hit his mailbox, knocking it off the post in the 2200 block of First Avenue.


Robert James Conrad Jr., of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 1700 block of Fifth Street. Advised that someone had gone into his garage and had gone through his tool box and van and that several items were moved out of place. Said it did not initially look like anything was missing.
