Kyle Ray Baxter, of Perry, reported destruction of property in the 1700 block of Paul Street. An investigation showed that between 9 p.m. Monday and 6:15 a.m. Tuesday, someone drove off the roadway, through Baxter’s yard, and back onto the roadway. The yard was damaged. The incident is under investigation.
An unknown vehicle traveling east in the 2700 block of North Street, lost control and struck a support cable, which caused the east power pole to break at the ground. The vehicle then swerved back onto 18th Street, cut through a yard at the intersection of Park Street and continued on Park Street, leaving town.
Arthur Henry Mayfield, of Perry, reported conterfeiting/forgery in the 2100 block of Third Street. Reported that his estranged girlfriend was writing checks on an account that she was no longer authorized on.

Roberto Flores-Garcia, of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 1400 block of Otley Avenue. Reported that an unknown person had gained access through a bathroom window and things had been stolen.
Bambi Lynne Kirchner, of Perry, reported counterfeiting/forgery in the 800 block of 18th Street. Reported that someone had used her debit card, without her permission, to purchase online games.
Amanda Renaee Stewart, of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 2100 block of First Street. Reported that her house had been broken into and someone had stolen her prescription medications and some other items.

Bryan Osvaldo Juarez-Ordonez, of 1803 First Avenue, Perry, was arrested in the 1000 block of Second Street and charged with disorderly conduct - fighting or violent behavior.
Bryan Osvaldo Juarez-Ordonez, of 1803 First Avenue, Perry, reported destruction of property in the 1200 block of Lucinda. Reported that his truck tires had been popped while he was being booked into jail. An investigation showed that an unknown person punctured the victim’s back tire with a sharp object between midnight and the time of the call.
Officer Moore of the Perry Police Department found two subjects sleeping in a trailer parked in the lot south of Ace Hardware. Moore suspected breaking and entering after seeing the open door.
Daniel Cisneros, of Perry, reported false pretenses/swindle in the 1600 block of Sixth Street.
Benny Paul Pedersen, of 113 East Jackson Street, Lake City, Iowa, was arrested in the 1200 block of Second Street and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon.

John Dennis Andorf, of Perry, reported three dogs were loose in the 1200 block of Fifth Street and one had bit him, breaking the skin. The dog’s owner was cited for second offense dog at large.
An employee at Burger King reported harassment in the 1500 block of Highway 141. Reported that someone came through the drive through and took pictures of the employees and made threatening comments towards them.

A vehicle driven by Eugene William Grimes and a vehicle driven by Dawn Bundy were both backing out of parking spaces in the Hy-Vee parking lot when they collided. Minor damage to both vehicles reported. Total cost estimated at $1,600.
Javier Gonzalez, of Perry, reported destruction of property in the 500 block of Fifth Street. Advised that his car had its windows broken. He was unsure if it was done intentionally or because of the storms on Thursday night.
Rosa Alonzo, of Perry, reported harassment by telephone in the 900 block of Willis Avenue.

Sierra McFarland, of Perry reported, in the 900 block of Third Street, that someone had stolen her black wallet with credit cards, driver’s license, medical cards and her cell phone while she was at McDonald’s.
A caller advised that a red vehicle had tried to hit them at First and Rawson. Advised she knew who the person driving the vehicle was.

Alan Heywood, of 1305 First Street, Perry, was arrested in the 2000 block of Sixth Street and charged with second degree theft.
