Jeffrey R. Miner, of Perry, reported the theft of a bike in the 1700 block of Warford Street. The bike was described as a black and grey GT Nomad 15 speed, valued at approximately $500.

Skylar Wayne Geary, of Perry, reported a hit and run accident in the 1700 block of First Avenue.
A 17-year-old male juvenile from Perry was arrested in the 900 block of Willis Avenue and charged with fifth degree theft and unauthorized use of a credit card.

Alicia Isabel Miranda Oblea, of Perry, reported theft from a vehicle in the 2000 block of Second Street. Reported that someone had stolen tools out of the toolbox in her husband’s truck. Advised that a lock on the toolbox was broken in the process.
Juana Janey Cisneros, of Perry, reported theft from a vehicle in the 500 block of Fourth Street. Advised that her mother’s purse was stolen from their vehicle overnight.
Arthur Henry Mayfield, of Perry, reported destruction of property in the 2100 block of Third Street. Reported that a black pickup truck hit another vehicle and then took off.

Steven Patrick Bouma was arrested in the 1200 block of Highway 141 and charged with first offense OWI (drug related), failure to use head lamps and improper turn.
Alexis Antionette Singletary, of 1115 West Eighth Street, Perry, was arrested in the 1300 block of Second Street and charged with domestic abuse - simple assault.

Wiese Corporation reported that it appears someone was living in their facility at 1501 Fifth Street. Officers located a couple of older TVs, a computer screen, some pictures and miscellaneous items that were all logged into evidence.
Shane Matthew Onnen, of 2702 Willis Avenue, Perry, was arrested at the Perry Police Department on a warrant for unauthorized credit card use of over $1,000, forgery, and second degree theft. Onnen was bonded and released.
Gerry Deljean Bacon, of Perry, reported breaking and entering in the 1900 block of Evelyn Street. Said that her front screen had been messed with, dirty clothes had been thrown around and 10 pounds of meat was missing from her freezer downstairs.
Alan Randolph Heywood, of 2305 First Avenue, Perry, was arrested at the Perry Post Office on a warrant for failure to appear, original charge of drug paraphernalia. He was also given a separate charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

A vehicle driven by Dakota James Johnson, of Perry, backed into a rental semi in the Dollar General parking lot. No damage reported.
Nicole Marie Spence, of 626 Second Street, Perry, was arrested at her home address on a Dallas County Warrant for violation of pretrial release.
Theodore Christopher Jenkins, of Perry, reported false pretenses/swindle in the 2500 block of Perry Park Avenue. Reported that he received a call advising he was behind on his taxes.
Raina Melvina Whitfield, of Perry, reported theft from her vehicle in the 800 block of Seventh Street. Advised that her purse and a black shoulder bag had been taken.

The Hotel Pattee called to report that a guest had their bicycle stolen off their vehicle rack. The bike was located and the owner was contacted.

Suzy Lynn Fentress, of Perry, reported theft from her vehicle in the 500 block of Second Street. Reported that someone had stolen her purse from her vehicle.
Guadalupe Chavez, of Perry, reported destruction of property in the 2700 block of Charles Street. Advised that someone had egged two of her vehicles that were parked in her driveway.
Pamela Jean Haakma, of Jefferson, reported harassment by telephone in the 2700 block of Fritz in Perry.
Clifford William Young, of Perry, reported that his bike had been stolen in the 700 block of Second Street. Described as a Schwinn Voyager. Loss estimated at $400.
Stacie Fiddler, of Perry, reported the theft of a bike in the 300 block of St. Paul Street. Described as a blue and white Pacific Evolution. Bike valued at $127.
Berhane Gerbrehiwot Girmay, of Perry, struck a sign while making a left-hand turn at Eighth Street and Highway 141. He was cited for failure to maintain control and for driving with an instructor permit with no other valid driver in the vehicle.
