Upon officers arrival the female was found to be deceased. The cause of death is currently undetermined.

The release says the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death is ongoing.
The Perry Police Department is being assisted in their investigation by the Iowa Division of Investigation and the Iowa Department of Human Services.
The house is also the location of Rays of Sunshine Daycare. According to a source whose kids attend the Rays of Sunshine Daycare, the owners of the business are Marc and Misty Ray.
According to records from the Dallas County Assessors Office, the house is owned by Richard and Janet Gregory.
Superintendent Lynn Ubben says she doesn’t know who the sixteen-year-old is, but does not believe she was a student of the Perry Community School District.
Kim Anderson, a parent of two; ages two and six, attend the Daycare. Anderson says the Daycare business was put on pause when the Rays left for a two-week vacation prior to Friday.
“My kids have been going there for almost a year now,” Anderson said. The family has enjoyed their experience with the daycare providers, Anderson said.
