An anonymous caller advised of kids jumping off the roof of a yellow house on to a large bean bag pillow at 1702 Third Street. The childrens’ mother was contacted, and she said she was going to handle the issue.
Eric James Higgins, of Perry, reported Theft from his vehicle in the 1300 block of Second Street. Advised it was broken into while he was at the Grand Theater between the hours of 3:48 and 7:06 p.m.
Candido Grijalva, of 1620 Warford, Perry, was arrested at 2617 Willis Avenue, and charged with OWI - First Offense.
Amie Jo Shriner, of 1305 East 36th Street, Des Moines, was arrested at 1215 141st Street on Des Moines Police Department Warrants for Driving Under Suspension and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Tania Lynne Harmann-Straker was arrested in the 1000 block of 18th Street and charged with Driving While Suspended.
Sabrina Nicholaisen, of 913 Willis, Apt. 204 was arrested at the above address and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Additionally, she was issued a written warning for loud music.
Ervin Joya, of 244 Pattee Street, Perry, was arrested at 913 Willis, Apt. 204, and charged with Underage Possession of Alcohol - Third or Subsequent Offense.
Tavlar Lucas, of 2506 Perry Park, Apt. A, was arrested at 913 Willis, Apt. 204 and charged with Underage Possession of Alcohol.
Timothy Eischeid, of 1202 Paul Street, Apt. 1, was arrested at 913 Willis, Apt. 204 and charged with Underage Possession of Alcohol.

Christine Inez Hall, of Perry, reported that someone had hit her vehicle and drove off while she was inside Fareway.
Arron David Mallicaot, of 1911 Fifth Street, Perry, was arrested at Fourth and North on Dallas County Warrants for First Degree Violation of No Contact Order, Harrassment of First Degree and Contempt of Court - Violation of No Contact Order. He was also charged, by the Perry Police Department, with Possession of Marijuana.

Joanne Kay Wearmouth, of Perry, reported False Pretense/Swindle in the 1200 block of 30th Street. Said a caller said she had won a new car and $3.2 million from Pubilsher’s Clearing House. Her son was contacted by Verizon to say they had acquired a $700 phone bill. She reported that the call had gone on for over an hour even after she hung up and shut her phone off.
A caller advised of a moped accident at Third and North Streets in Perry. Ambulance dispatched to the scene.

An employee from Burger King called to report that there was a fire at Burger King. Advised that the friers caught fire.
A caller advised that there was a little dog at Third and Otley, tied to a short leash. Sgt. Archer responded and the dog had no food or water. Sandra Evelyn Garcia Villalobos, of 908 Third Street was cited for neglect and tethering violation.
Scott Robert Hansen, of Rippey, reported Harassment in the 900 block of Willis Avenue.
A minor vehicle accident was reported in the 1100 block of Willis Avenue involving a vehicle driven by Kenneth Finer, of Perry, and a vehicle driven by Kyle Goehring, of Perry.
Tina Renee Noring, of Perry, reported that her car had been side swiped during a funeral. Accident had occured in the parking lot south of the post office.
Angel Lynn Killswag was cited with First Offense Open Burning in the 2600 block of First Street in Perry.
