Gustavo Adofo Ruiz-Vargas of 1610 West Third Street, Perry, was arrested at 10th and Iowa Street in Perry on a Dallas County warrant for Failure to Appear, original charge of Domestic Assault.

Genna Sue Reed of 204 First Avenue, Bagley, was arrested at 707 10th Street, Perry, and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jessica Lynn Ruggles of 908 Willis Avenue, Perry, was arrested in the 1100 block of Bateman and charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Driver’s License and No Insurance.

Bob Marvin Topping of 2602 Willis Avenue, Perry, reported a breaking and entering. Advised that they went to the bank at around 9 a.m. and when they returned at 9:30, their house had been broken into. They had jewelry stolen from the drawer and Bob had his new hearing aids stolen.

A vehicle driven by Gloria Conrad failed to yield at the intersection of Fifth and Warford in Perry and struck a vehicle driven by Billy Thomason at the left-front fender. Damage estimated at $2,000 to Conrad’s vehicle and $3,000 to Thomason’s vehicle. Conrad was sited for Failure to Obey a Yield Sign.

Anthony Noe Ruiz-Rivas of 702 Fourth Street, Perry was arrested at 908 Willis Avenue on a Dallas County warrant for Probation Violation, Interference with Official Acts and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

A Dallas County Sheriff’s broadcast reported a suspicious vehicle traveling west on Highway 141. Someone in the back of the white van was holding a sign to the window that said “Help Me.” A traffic stop revealed that it was a youth group and one of them thought it would be funny to hold up the sign.
