Two juvenile males were arrested for Burglary in the Third Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree on Tueday. The charges on the two juveniles, aged 16 and 15, stem from a reported burglary at the Blue Jay Market on Jan. 29.
In the late-night hours of Jan. 28, the front window of Blue Jay Market, valued at approximately $400, was broken and video surveillance caught the two subjects entering the store and taking liquor and e cigarette items.
Officers were able to locate the property that was stolen from Blue Jay Market that linked the suspects to the incident, along with clothing that was worn during the incident.
The 16-year-old male was also charged with Possession of Marijana after marijana was found when the Perry Police Department executed their searches. He was later transported to a juvenile detention facility.
The 15-year-old male was released to the custody of his parents.
